Nazareth College ASTA Chapter

This is a reminder that tomorrow we will be having a meeting in Zoom with ASTA members from both Crane and Fredonia! The meeting is at 8:30PM and the Zoom link will be sent out either later today or tomorrow. I hope to see you all there!

Senior Spotlight:
Jessica Kromer is a graduating senior Music Education major. She is a viola primary and after graduation she will be substitute teaching in the Rochester area while she looks for a permanent position. She also may be returning to Naz for grad school.

Here is a message from her: “Words will not begin to even describe the people and memories I have made here at Naz. I have had the most incredible experiences traveling, performing, learning, etc. But most importantly, I will forever be grateful for the people I have met :)”

We all will miss you greatly Jess! We wish you all the best with your future endeavors!

Senior Spotlight:
Victoria is a graduating senior Music Education Major at Naz this year. She is a violin primary and after graduating is going back to Long Island to teach.

At Naz she was the President of our ASTA Chapter this past year. She also served as the Treasurer for NAfME for two years, was the director of the orchestra’s social media for three years, and was a member of the equestrian team for four years.

We will miss you greatly Victoria and we wish you the best with your future endeavors!

The ASTA chapter presents the “Battle to the Top” Fundraiser! Any music student at Nazareth college can participate!

We will be raising money for Strings for Success, a program that provides free string lessons to children who would not be able to participate otherwise.

Each student will raise as much money as they can to win the “battle”. The student who raises the most money at the end of the summer will receive a prize provided by the ASTA board.

Please start raising as much money as possible.
