You’ll learn the basics of rhythm and melody while playing as a group in a relaxed, fun setting.

Teacher Spotlight: Jim Dewitt!!
Jim is an RIT graduate with a degree in information technology and music. He has been a part of several bands in the Rochester area as a bassist and produces electronic music for video games, films, podcasts, and personal enjoyment. He has been using Ableton Live to produce and perform music since 2006.

Our Music Exploration program is happening now, and it’s not too late to join for next week!
It’s built for kids who love to move, explore, and experiment with sound. Each day includes hands-on instrument time, basic music concepts, and movement-based activities that keep things fun and engaging. No prior experience needed.

Mikayla is a Studio Art student with minors in Psychology and Art Therapy ay Nazareth University. She plans to pursue a Masters Degree in Creative Arts Therapy upon completion of her undergraduate. She led private 1:1 lessons for over a year and has abundant classroom experience as a substitute teacher.

Our Steel Drum Ensemble brings together players of all backgrounds to explore the vibrant sounds of calypso and Caribbean music. Whether you're 8 or 80, it’s a great way to try something new and make music as a group. No experience? No problem. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
