Family-2-Family Workshops is back this Thursday at 6:00 PM featuring Ken Kniff, host of Upstate Exposure Podcast and CEO of RosePlum LLC.

Ken will share his powerful journey of survival, faith, transformation, and giving back. Born in the Bronx and now rooted in Rochester, Ken uses his story to encourage young people and create positive opportunities through his podcast platform.

This conversation will focus on purpose, second chances, storytelling, and what it means to pour back into the community without gatekeeping or judgment.

Family-2-Family Workshops is back this Thursday at 6:00 PM featuring Curtis Monroe, owner/operator of Monroe Masonry & Concrete.

Curtis is a professional bodybuilder, personal trainer, former star quarterback, and lifelong Rochester resident who has spent nearly 20 years mastering the masonry and concrete trade.

This week, we’re talking about discipline, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, and how young people can build real opportunity by learning a valuable skill and staying committed to their goals.

Curiosity was in motion at the Rochester Museum & Science Center! 🔬⚡️

Our Freedom Scholars explored science, history, nature, technology, and the human body through hands-on exhibits that invited them to touch, question, investigate, and discover.

Experiences like this remind us that learning is not limited to a classroom. It happens when scholars encounter something new, follow their curiosity, work through a challenge together, and begin to see themselves—and their possibilities—differently.

Thank you, Rochester Museum & Science Center, for creating space for our scholars to explore the world around them and recognize the brilliance within them.
