Dry fire is more than just practicing without live ammunition… it’s a great way to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop consistent mechanics.

At Hammer Down FT, we incorporate dry-fire practice into our classes so students can work on things like grip, stance, trigger control, sight alignment, and safe handling in a controlled environment.

The more you practice the fundamentals, the more natural they become. 🙌🏼

And remember: always check your firearm’s manual first. Not every firearm is designed for dry firing, so make sure you understand your specific firearm’s function and dry-fire capabilities before practicing. Always follow safe handling procedures and your manufacturer’s guidance.
