It will be an exciting evening on October 31, as we host two championship games at Mayo High School. At 4 p.m., Byron will play Kasson-Mantorville in the Section 1 AAAA championships, and at 7:30 p.m., the Mayo Spartans will take on Northfield for the Section 1 AAAAA championships.
Traffic directions
➡️ Mayo High School after-school buses should follow the orange route and enter from 16th St SE and follow the arrows to the bus parking (look for orange cones on the east side of the bus lot). Mayo buses should not enter the parking lots from the north entrance.
➡️ Buses bringing sports teams should follow the blue route to drop off and park.
➡️ Spectators cannot park in the stadium lot marked in red (Tennis Court entrance) except for those with a disabled person's placard.
Available parking
If spectators arrive before 3 p.m., please consider parking in residential parking areas or parking areas 1-3. School will be dismissed at 3:30 p.m.
Parking is available at the following places:
1) Church of Savior/Meadow Park Preschool
2) Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
3) Resurrection Church (in roped-off section) - enter through 16th Ave SE only.
4) Student lot
5) Senior lot
6) Staff lot
7) Bear Creek Park
8) Residential street parking

Our Chemical Health counselor, Ms. Messmer, is an incredible resource at Mayo (and Willow Creek). Located in the school Counseling Office, she’s a great resource for students and families. This week, she’s suppprting Red Ribbon activities.
