When I sat down to write a caption for this post, I ended up doing what we all do… I started scrolling.

posted something and it stopped me. It was exactly what I needed to hear…

“If you suddenly yearn for something, go for it. Your soul is craving transformation. If you suddenly want to change your style or switch up your look — it’s not a breakdown, it’s a transformation.”

Lately, I’ve been feeling that pull like I need to switch something up, try something new. Call it an identity issue or whatever, but it’s been real.

I don’t have it all figured out, but changing my IG name and focusing on educating has given me a spark I didn’t know I needed. I’m learning to lean into the things that make me feel good, aligned, and more me.

The opportunity to be an educator at Meraki and a mentor for Muse has been incredibly rewarding. If you know me, you know how much I love teaching and inspiring others. I am so grateful to Natasha for giving me this experience. She is such a badass, she inspires me and makes me believe in myself every day.
