Seniors in Mr. Longoria’s British Literature class took Shakespeare off the page and onto the stage! Students got a hands-on introduction to theater by touring the stage and backstage areas, practicing key play concepts through a movement activity, and putting their acting skills to the test with dramatic charades.

It was a fun way to build theater appreciation and prepare students to step into the world of Shakespeare’s Hamlet!

Calling all Latina Seniors from the Class of 2027!

Latinas in Progress is a leadership and educational enrichment program that provides workshops, mentorship, and personal development opportunities for young Latinas as they transition from high school to college. Along with the program, participants also have access to the LIP Scholarship, which supports them in pursuing higher education.

The deadline to apply is Tuesday, September 10th, so I wanted to get this information to you right away.

Our DMC Dual Enrollment Program Instrumentation Instructor Mr. Tyler Brownlee welcomed our 1st year Instrumentation program students and their parents to provide valuable insight into the course, program expectations, and the equipment students will use in the lab.

This introduction gave families a closer look at the hands-on learning opportunities that prepare students for success beyond high school. We’re excited to see our students begin their journey in Instrumentation!
