On Wednesday evening, Middle and Upper School students celebrated the end of the school year with the first annual theatre banquet. Twenty one students were inducted into the International Thespian Society, students received awards nominated by each other, and Mr. Costello gave a special announcement regarding next year’s spring musical. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for the official announcement! Seniors also continued the tradition of making their final mark on the North Cross campus by signing the backstage wall of Fishburn auditorium.

The Middle School marked the end of their academic year this morning with the Eaton Hall Awards and Closing Ceremony. We are so proud of our Middle Schoolers for all they have accomplished since last August and wish our rising ninth graders much continued success in Upper School!

This morning we celebrated the Lower School with the Ellis Hall Awards and Fifth Grade Closing Ceremony. It was a wonderful way to honor all of the many academic and leadership achievements of our hard-working students while marking the end of the Lower School experience for our fifth graders.

Creative expression meets language mastery! Tomorrow, our 4th and 5th grade students will debut their end-of-year Spanish skits. This annual tradition is a fantastic way for students to sharpen their oral proficiency, build public speaking confidence, and collaborate creatively.

We can't wait to see their hard work pay off on stage! 👏🎭

Last week, we had one last meetup for our 5th graders and their Kindergarten buddies! The Kindergartners made their older buddies handmade goodbye cards, and they teamed up one last time to create some adorable summer-themed crafts. So many wonderful memories made this year—we're going to miss seeing these sweet friendships in the hallways! ☀️

This Memorial Day, the North Cross community pauses to honor and remember the brave individuals who gave everything in service to our nation. We are forever grateful for their sacrifice. 🇺🇸

The torch was passed Friday night at Legacy, when North Cross seniors officially entrusted their leadership to the juniors in a poignant candlelight ceremony. We were honored to hear from Middle School Science Teacher Mrs. Kate Clark, selected by the Class of 2026, and our eloquent senior speaker, Maggie Bibby. It was a truly emotional and joyful evening, full of reflection and excitement, as our seniors anticipated receiving their diplomas the following morning. Congratulations, Class of 2026!

Yesterday was all about celebrating our amazing graduates! During Commencement, we looked back on their incredible accomplishments and couldn't be prouder of each and every one of them. Wishing them the very best as they embark on exciting new journeys!

Our Valedictorian, Shauryah Aayush Nanda '26, perfectly captured the spirit of our community during his address: "If my experience at North Cross School has taught me anything, it is that no challenge is meant to be faced alone. When we surround ourselves with people who uplift us and commit ourselves to living with honor and integrity, we build the strength to overcome what once seemed impossible."
