To be eligible for a HOPE Scholarship, you must:
• Be a Virginia resident, living within a 40-mile radius of campus
• Be a current high school senior
• Be admitted to Hollins University as a first-year student

This is amazing. My credit took a huge ding when the anesthesiologist at my hospital where Heather was born sent me $1200 bill because he was out of network, but no one asked me or alerted me ahead of time so I assumed it was covered by my hospital payment i was paying. It made me so mad.
