Tuesday, June 16, we open LTEN 2026 with keynote speaker Dr. Keith Keating. Are you ready?
As a globally respected voice in organizational learning and talent development, Keith’s personal journey—from high school dropout to earning multiple degrees, including a doctorate with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania—reflects the impact of lifelong learning.
In this thought-provoking opening keynote, he will challenge us to move beyond proving the value of learning and instead reveal its impact in ways that resonate with business leaders, strengthen influence, and drive meaningful outcomes.
We’re excited to kick off LTEN 2026 with a speaker whose personal story and professional insights continue to inspire learning leaders around the world.

Join us in celebrating our June Volunteer of the Month, Catherine Johnson, M.Ed., Market Insights & Partnership Director at Pfizer.
An LTEN member since 2024, Catherine has made a meaningful impact through her participation in LTEN learning offerings, engagement with the Excellence Awards program, and involvement in the new LTEN Network community. She also helps champion the value of LTEN membership by encouraging fellow learning and development professionals to connect with the resources, relationships, and opportunities LTEN provides.
💬 What motivates Catherine to give back?
“For me, giving back to LTEN is about contributing to something bigger than any one company. It is one of the few spaces where real, applied learning is shared openly, and I’ve seen how powerful that exchange can be in advancing our own work while helping others accelerate theirs. I enjoy engaging with the community and experiencing the willingness of people to share what worked, what didn’t and how they are helping push the field forward. Ultimately, when we share and contribute, we help elevate the life sciences learning and development profession in ways that truly matter.”
💡 Her advice to new LTEN members:
“Don’t treat LTEN as simply a conference, but as a community. Build relationships and look for ways to contribute. Take advantage of the many valuable resources, events, and learning opportunities the organization provides, then apply and share those learnings with your teams.”
Thank you, Catherine, for your dedication, leadership, and contributions to the LTEN community! 🙌
Nicole Sword, LTEN Excellence Awards finalist, has a special message from the entire ProFusion LLC team.
