Ticket sales for the Mayor's Cup are now live! 🎟🏈🏆

No tickets will be sold at the game and must be purchased in advance at https://gofan.co/event/6785764?schoolId=VA7564.

This Friday, September 18, Patrick Henry High School and William Fleming High School will once again meet on the gridiron at 5:30 p.m.. As a reminder, while William Fleming will be the home team, the game will take place at Patrick Henry High School due to continued renovations to the track at the Colonels' home field.

Parents of players will be sent a text and email as a reminder to purchase tickets. PH season pass holders and in-season athletes must also purchase a ticket.

Patrick Henry and William Fleming employees will get free entry, plus one guest entry, with presentation of a valid badge. RCPS employees will receive free entry for themselves with a valid badge.

Some other reminders:
• Gates will open at 4:30 p.m.
• Anyone who leaves the game will not be allowed to re-enter.
• The Clear Bag Policy will be enforced. All bags may be subject to search.
• Security screenings will take place upon entry.
• Anyone 13 years old & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Students must wear their ID badges.

RCPS families, we are aware that last year's Parent Handbook calendar, which included dates for August 2026, incorrectly lists Friday, August 28, 2026, as a non-student/non-teacher day. Schools are open tomorrow, Friday, August 28. The non-student/non-teacher day is next Friday, September 4.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The good news is that this year's Parent Handbook is currently being printed and will be delivered to schools within the next two weeks. In the meantime, the digital version is available at rcps.info/parenthandbook, and the most current calendar information is always available at rcps.info/calendar.
