Proud of you Ty!!
During Carilion Proud Week, we’re sharing stories from team members who bring “Care that Connects Us” to life in their work.
Over the past 7 years, Tyrone Molina has advanced from patient observation assistant to clinical associate in our Resource Nursing Pool, all while working toward a future in respiratory therapy. Inspired by the care his own family received, he focuses on building meaningful connections with patients through everyday moments of support, conversation, and presence. For Tyrone, “Care that Connects Us” shows up in the consistent, meaningful ways teams and caregivers support one another and their patients.
