This position is for a trained tree climber with references and willing to perform a skills exam prior to hire. Pay potential is based on applicable skills, training, credentials, and overall experience.

This is an entry level position for someone interested in the field of Tree Care. Pay and Training potential is dependent on the ability and ambition of the candidate. Trees are valuable in urban and suburban environments and their management is absolutely ESSENTIAL to the safety and health of people living with them. Arborists are the arbitrators of the human-tree conflict and seek to provide both with a symbiotic relationship; through hard work, continual education, and critical thinking.

This year we will be selecting our event leadership on an invitation basis; according to skill, experience, and leadership abilities. AppTCC was a success in part to the effort placed on event setup and thoughtful design. Climbers at AppTCC are expecting a unique and incredible competition experience and we are going to give it to them, but we need serious skill and experience at every event. We will be running some additional Exhibition Events for our top competitors and will need creative minds to assist in design and implementation. We are starting this process early so that event leadership can coordinate with their scoring judges and techs to brainstorm and prepare for the challenge ahead.
