Let’s decode some Montessori buzz words! Control of error is often a simple guide for the student to follow and check their work, as shown in the 2nd and 3rd slides. This little piece of Montessori learning allows the child to work independently and gain confidence, learning that mistakes are normal for everyone and can be easily corrected! Being able to implement their own corrections is a powerful tool for children working toward mastery of any task.
