What started as a creative idea came to life through countless hours of teamwork, creativity, and care. From placing each tile to grouting and finishing the board, every detail was a true labor of love. 💙

Some days are more than just a day at camp. They’re a reminder of what’s possible.

As part of our Career Camp we recently partnered with Braveheart Farm Equine Center in Loxahatchee!

Our Career Campers went from nervous pats to full-on horse whisperers, building confidence, connection, and courage along the way. Experiences like this are at the heart of our camp. By partnering with local businesses and professionals, we give our campers opportunities to explore career paths, try new things, and build the confidence and skills needed for greater independence and inclusive employment.

A huge thank you to the incredible founders and volunteers at Braveheart Farm for creating such a meaningful experience, showing our campers just how much they can accomplish.

At The Arc of Palm Beach County, we're empowering individuals age 18 and older, with intellectual and developmental disabilities, to build workplace skills, gain confidence, and prepare for meaningful employment.

During Career Camp, we partner with local businesses to help participants explore different career paths, hear from professionals, and discover opportunities for inclusive, competitive employment. Through hands-on experiences, campers also strengthen daily living, social, and occupational skills that support greater independence.
