Starts tomorrow at 3pm Vision 🎶 kick off show choir camp

Next week is Vision 🎶💃🕺 26-27 dance camp. Please note, we will have a there on each day as we start developing our Show Choir for lithe upcoming school year. On Monday 7/13 each section will wear a color: Sopranos 💗, Altos. 💜. Tenors ❤️. And Basses 💙. On Tuesday 7/14: Disney vs Marvel. On Wednesday, vacation attire from where you have traveled or where you are planning to go and Thursday class colors: Seniors 🖤, Juniors 💙, and Sophomores 🩶. Please plan to arrive to reconnect, team build, work and have fun. Also pack your water and bring any music that you have as we will be focusing on learning Hernando’s Hideaway from the Pajama Game and Somewhere from West Side Story. The part tracks are available to listen to in the Vision Band app. Lastly leadership applications are open and applications will be accepted until Tuesday, July 28th. Brandon Rodriguez Benavides and I are looking forward to directing you in this year’s show entitled: “the Voices of the Golden Age of Theatre”

Well day 2 of the Harmonix 💖🪩💗 camp is underway and we have already learned choreography to our first song, an original song written by Lisa Casalino entitled “Is That in the Menu?”. The girls are already sounding great on their harmonies and Brandon Rodriguez Benavides has designed wonderful choreography which the girls have worked on for the first two days of Harmonix camp. Studying this genre of music is wonderful. We look forward to working in creating original arrangements (new this year) in a few of our selections and having the opportunity to have Ms. Castalino work with the girls to fine tune her song. Thank you Lisa for allowing us to perform your original music and our community partners at Rice Creek who are kind enough to open up their clubhouse for our camp this week. The 2026-2027 Harmonix group is already proving to be a great group with so much potential, we are excited to get started as we gear up for next school year!
