VIP Parking Silent Auction!

We are excited to offer VIP parking again this year. The PTO will be having 10 silent auctions within a 3-day time span beginning on 7/19 to 7/21. These spaces are located in the front of the car line. You will not go through the car line!. Just pull into your designated parking space and your child will be sent out to you before general car line releases. This will allow you to leave right after dismissal. These spaces were in high demand last year, so register early for your chance to win a VIP parking spot. All funds collected will go directly to fund students and school needs, such as transportation to events, school supplies and fun activities/parties.

IMPORTANT!!

This year the PTO will be using a silent auction website provided by Givebutter.com. This will help streamline and make it easier to bid. Please use the link provided below to register to bid for a parking spot. After the close of the auction you will be notified you won the spot and a follow up email will be sent with instructions to submit payment. You can use the website to process credit/debit card payments. Please note that a small processing fee will be applied at checkout required by Givebutter.com. You can pay by check if you would like, if you choose this option DO NOT PAY on the website. Just email me so I can notate your payment option and give you instructions on how to pay. If payment has not been received by the end of business on the 25th the next highest bidder will be awarded the spot.

A reminder Email and text will be sent out 2 day before and the day of the auction
Winners will receive a car tag with a space number. Please park in your designated parking spot at pick up. Display tag on rear view mirror.
VIP Parking spaces are non-refundable.
