Dear Art friends. Winthrop Arts officially closed its doors July 31, 2025. Am grateful for the calls and asking if we are having art classes. However we no longer have an art facility in Riverview @ Winthrop. We unfortunately lost our space and were not welcomed to renew.

Thank you for joining us tonight. We will have the art factory open tomorrow for anyone to take any remaining items that may enhance your future art project. 10:00 - 2:00. Please come!

Message to Our Community

After more than a decade of creativity, connection, and community, Winthrop Arts will be closing its doors after Summer Camp Activities.

This difficult decision comes as a result of loosing access to our physical space. We have been asked to vacate our current location, and without a facility to house our programs, we are unable to continue operations. While this outcome is not one we anticipated or chose, it has left us with no viable path forward.

Over the past 10+ years, Winthrop Arts has been a space where imagination thrived, friendships blossomed, and art came to life. We are profoundly grateful to every student, parent, volunteer, artist, and supporter who helped shape this journey. Your passion and belief in our mission made it all possible.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the community that embraced us and helped create something truly beautiful. Though our physical space may, the spirit of Winthrop Arts will live on in creativity and inspiration we’ve shared.
