π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ Practice this calming FAMILY BREATH together.
βοΈ Sit next to each other, or in a circle, so that your hands can touch each other's backs, right between the shoulder blades. Each person should be touching at least one other person, maybe two.
βοΈ Without speaking, try to coordinate your breaths so you breathe at exactly the same rate. To do that, you'll have to be very mindful and feel your family's backs move with the breath.
βοΈ Try to match the breathing of the person you are touching. Continue for a couple of minutes.

π Fill yourself with love with the SMILE MEDITATION.
βοΈ Sit or stand tall. You can close your eyes if you'd like.
βοΈ Breathe in. As you exhale, smile with your toes. Can you feel it?
Breathe in. Exhale and smile with your knees. What does it feel like?
βοΈ Continue this pattern, moving up your body all the way to your eyes with each breath, smiling along the way.
βοΈ When you are ready to finish the meditation, allow a smile to linger on your lips as you open your eyes.
