Sometimes the biggest barrier between Mom and a workout isn't motivation...

It's childcare!

We can tell moms to “make yourself a priority” all day long, but that’s a lot easier said than done when you have little ones who need you.

That’s one of the reasons our Little Angels Club is such an important part of Flow. During select classes, your kiddos can stay nearby and be cared for while you get an hour to move, get stronger, laugh with other women- and simply focus on YOU!

Because taking care of yourself isn't time taken away from your family. It's part of taking care of them, too

Pump is a music-driven, weight-based class that combines choreographed strength training with upbeat music for a fun, full-body workout. You’ll train every major muscle group while building strength and endurance- lifting to the beat and leaving stronger than when you walked in!
