The journey to 100 consecutive push-ups has come to a successful conclusion! Made it to 100 today and probably had a few left in the tank. Gotta share a link to Kurt Frankenberg's video because it is what got me to 100. Next, test to see if 50 clap pushups a day will get me to a 315 benchpress. Happy training!

"Begin to Flex" is the final instruction video of the BASICS series. After learning the moves and adding the breathing, one can begin to flex their abdominal muscles to strengthen and tone their core. Along with good eating habits, this should help to trim the waist.
