Dear VCS Tampa Parents,
Although Monday, October 14th was originally scheduled as a make-up day due to previous hurricane outages, we regret to inform you that school will not be open on Monday. Due to ongoing issues with gas availability, street closures, flooding, and power outages affecting staff and families, we have collaborated with the district to declare Monday a teacher planning day and non-student day.

We are still assessing the situation for Tuesday and will keep you informed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay tuned for further updates. Please stay safe!

Knights! 🎬 It’s spirit week time starting THIS MONDAY, October 7th. Let’s gooo!!!

Monday: Pajama Day - Students can start the week off in comfort by wearing their favorite pajamas to school.
Tuesday: Twin Day - Students can partner up with a friend, teacher, or staff member to dress alike, showcasing their unique bond.
Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday - Students are encouraged to express their creativity by wearing mismatched, brightly colored, or clashing patterned clothes.
Thursday: Throwback Thursday - Students can dress in styles from a different decade, whether it’s the groovy 60s, the disco 70s, the neon 80s, or the grunge 90s.
Friday: School Spirit Day - Students and staff wear school colors, gear, or sports team apparel to show their school pride.
