🌿 Our Interpretation of Family 🌿
In the Reggio Emilia approach, children are viewed as capable, creative thinkers who express their ideas through the 100 Languages of Children. Today, our little learners explored the meaning of family through clay, buttons, beads, and other open-ended materials.
Each creation tells a different story—because every child’s interpretation of family is beautifully unique. Through their hands, imagination, and choices, children represented the people who bring them love, connection, comfort, and belonging. 🤎
There is no single way to represent a family. Every family has its own story, and every child has their own language for telling it.
