โThis summer I had a job working in an agricultural lab sampling crop petioles for nitrate levels in Yakima, Washington. I traveled the Grand Canyon with the Haub school and spent time hiking and camping around Washington and Oregon as well!โ

โOver summer break I assisted with amphibian surveys and vegetation measurements in a USDA grazing enclosure experiment site, both in the Thunder Basin National Grassland, WY!โ

โThis summer I spent 2 weeks on the COJO Department, UWYO study abroad to the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia! Afterwards, I visited family and went hiking, herping, and birdwatching in Tucson, AZ.โ

โI worked as a graduate research assistant (GRA) this summer for my masters in soil science at the University of Wyoming! I was located in Jeffery city Wyoming studying arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in reclamation from an abandoned uranium mine. When I wasnโt outside collecting data, I was working in the lab this summer on main campus.โ

โI spent the summer working at Teton Valley Ranch Camp teaching kids about the outdoors and leading horse and mule trips into the mountains!โ

โOver the summer I was working for the US Wildland Fire Service as a Fire Logistics Dispatcher. This included coordinating federal fire responses and assisting in ordering supplies and additional resources!โ
