At Concordia Lutheran Elementary, we believe the best way to grow is to listen to the families who are part of our school.

Recently, our elementary parents shared their feedback with us through our parent survey. We’re excited to share some of the highlights!

Those are the things that make our hearts happy. 💙

At the same time, your feedback gave us some great ideas for making an already wonderful community even stronger.

We heard that families would appreciate having an easier way to see what’s happening throughout the school year. We’ve created a Volunteer Wall featuring upcoming events and opportunities to help.

We also want to recognize the parents who show up, lend a hand, attend events, and support our students. Keep an eye on our social media for parent shout-outs throughout the year!

Because community isn’t just something we talk about at CLC—it’s something we build together.

We recently asked our Learning Center parents to share their thoughts and experiences, and we are so grateful for the honest feedback, encouragement, and ideas you shared with us! 💜

Here’s what our parents had to say:

🤝 Building Community: Parents shared that they want to feel even more like valued members of our CLC community. We’re excited to introduce a Volunteer Wall to make it easier for families to get involved and find ways to serve our school.

💬 Strengthening Communication: Parents asked for more communication from teachers and administration. Since GroupMe is one of the main ways we communicate with our families, we want to encourage everyone to stay connected and engaged!

🎉 As part of our Back-to-School connection, parents who comment on our Back 2 School post in GroupMe will receive one volunteer hour! It’s a simple way to connect, stay informed, and be part of our community.
