Becoming is time and experience and increased awareness of all the goodness available in this moment. And this moment.
The new version of you is just right for right now. Celebrate this!!!

Keep creating!

A NEW VERSION OF YOU

In times when you do not feel like your old self
I think it is because you are not

you are metamorphosising
on the move again
shifting

a new version of you is coming
to accept the baton from the old

you are changing guard
but unlike the ceremonial soldiers
this doesn’t happen swiftly

it’s more like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon
having dissolved to a pile of goo and sticky residue
ready to reform, ready to break through the shell
you built yourself, without even realising

you feel your wings tapping at the surface
itching to unfurl but not yet sure of their strength

but something in your soul is reminding you
that the only way to know
if these wings are ready to hold your weight
is to go to the edge and fly

put faith in your process, in nature’s process

a time of change is coming for you
and so whilst you make the final tweaks
to this next version

take a moment to look at the old ones
talk to them, forgive them, apologise to them
put them at peace
remind them
they were exactly the yous they were supposed to be then
so you could be the you you are today
and the you you will be tomorrow

remind them we will see many more versions of us
before the final one gathers you all
in her wise and loving arms

and takes you home

It is so easy to forget just how far you have come. Through the daily..through the devastating. Through the goodtimes..and the challenges.
Through.
And changed!

You are not the same person you were a year ago.
Each experience has brought you to be who you are NOW.
take a moment today to measure that. Aknowledge that.
YOU HAVE BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH!

What have you learned?
How have you grown?
These are your GAINS!!!

And they, my friend, are enough. YOU ARE ALWAYS ENOUGH!

Measure away!

The simpilist of actions will help.

What is that next thing you could start?
What is it you can stop doing?

Assess a current circumstance
Clarify what next step needs to be done that you can do. then-
Try it.

Repeat.

If I have done the previous steps NOW IS THE TIME TO A.C.T.

Your mind is clearer
Your prefrontal cortex is back on line
You have a smile on your face..
feeling a little glimmer...

Tony Robins talks about taking MASSIVE ACTION NOW.
What can you do?

Pick up 5 articles of clothes in your message closet.
Take out the garbage
Write that quick email
Organize one stack of papers on your desk at work.

This small thing will help you feel more capable and surprisingly quickly you will be on your way to a productive,]and happy day!

Step 4 to get back online with yourself is to SMILE.

Seems too simple perhaps? Maybe. But isn't that good!

Change your state and it will increase your physical body's energy.

Here are a few ideas:
Smile,
stand and sit a few times,
walk outside and get a breath of fresh air

This is really preparing you body to have your mind and actions change their state of being as well!

So hold stay tuned for a next step!

But in the meantime---Smile!!!! (You can thank me later.)

And if you are an overachieve---look in the mirror while you do it!!

This part can actually be fun and light hearted.

One tool I really like is my "Good morning bird" walk.
Take a walk either in real life or just around your current surroundings, and simple "see" something and name it aloud, greeting it with "good morning _____" what every you are SEEing. Then as you SAY this silly greeting aloud you are going to FEEL a tad bit of happy presence come into your heart space. Play along until you have at least 5 things named.
The increased focus on what you are able to SEE helps you get PRESENT.

PRESENCE IS the only place WHERE CREATION HAPPENS
PRESENCE IS the only place WHERE ACTION CAN HAPPEN.

Think about that for a moment. And next time there is NO ACTION HAPPENING. TRY playing "good morning bird".

Might be a fun way to get to presence!
