Our 100’s Day party was a big success! The kids loved building with 100 cups.

Teaching is my passion! I absolutely love my job!

I believe kids thrive on setting goals and achieving them. In my class I have four posters that kids can get their names on to earn a reward.

1. Know all your letters and sounds
2. Count to 100
3. Know all 56 sight words
4. Be able to read an end of year passage from our UFLI literacy program

Once they have done all these things, they get to pick a prize and get recognized in front of the class. I have found that, like adults, kids thrive on achieving goals and being rewarded for it. I’m so proud of the kids in my class. Almost half of them have already reached these goals.

I just had Lifetime install some fun equipment in my backyard for my preschool!

Today we commemorated 100 days of school with my kindergarten students! We partied like it was 1999!

I've been teaching in public schools for 20 years, now I'm ready to open my own preschool. If you have a 4 or 5 year old that you would like to enroll, please contact me! Our grand opening will be on June 8th. I will be open from 8:00-11:30 (Monday-Thursday). I'm located in Riverton, Utah.
