Once a month we take half a day to give back to our community with a service project.
September’s service project was helping out a widow at her property. She has a ton of weeds, so we helped for a couple hours and put a pretty good dent into it.

“Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭27‬ ‭ESV‬‬
