Our Healthy Campus Spotlight this week is Ana Vargas! She’s a second year environmental science major and here are a few activities she does to stay healthy.
“To stay healthy both mentally and physically I try to go to the gym and if not I like to go on walks while listening to music :)). I try to drink as much water as I can throughout the day as well as replacing junk food with a fruit or healthy snack.”
