On May 19th, the Class of 2016 hosted Hillcrest AVID's first annual banquet. It was a beautiful and joyful night, full of laughs and tears. Thank you for the the memories, Class of 2016!

On May 5th, our Hillcrest AVID Seniors were celebrated, along with AVID students from many other area schools. The energy in the room was amazing, and we can't wait to see our group get bigger and bigger each year. Great recognition for years of hard work. Congrats, Seniors!

In April, Mrs. Micheli's 9th AVID Classes traveled to the University of La Verne. Mr. Montoya, and Ms. Edgar - both graduates of La Verne, were kind enough to accompany us on the trip. :)

On February 4th and 5th, our sophomore AVID students, along with La Sierra High's sophomore AVID students, traveled to UCI, Cal State San Marcos, Long Beach State, San Diego State, and UCSD. This was our first overnight sophomore AVID trip, and it was a great success!
