Kansas City Gymnastics KC Gymnastics- Est. 1984- Teaches general classes and competitive teams. Ages 3 thru 18 years : Kids have fun and train in the sport.

Our goal is to teach gymnastics skills safely, while providing fun and fitness. In addition, our school strives to develop gymnastic technique and sound understanding of physical fitness through a recreational environment.

Yesterday was Gymnastics Day at the K and we had a mobility meet for a few of our gymnasts. I love that these girls love hanging out with each other outside the gym. I hope everyone has a great first day of school for those starting today.

We are definitely missing Coach Emma and Coach Jamiya. They are off to college and headed to do big things!
