Riverside Unified teachers and students get extra support from recent grants Since 1993, Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF) has managed a fund for Riverside Educational Enrichment Foundation (REEF), a revered nonprofit serving the students and teachers of Riverside United School District (RUSD).
