Payment Requirements
• Payment for each lesson is due immediately after the lesson.
• For after-hours flights, a credit card must be kept on file so the charge can be processed on the next business day.

How to Avoid Disruption to Your Flights

To prevent any impact on your scheduling, please keep either funds on your account or a valid credit card on file.

We are making this change because too many payments have remained outstanding for days or weeks. Going forward, this policy will be enforced consistently for all customers.

They have lifted the TFR as of 8am this morning. All flights scheduled 10am or later are happening per usual. The office will be staffed today from 10am-3:30pm.

All flights are currently canceled due to airspace closure for firefighting efforts. You will be contacted if you have a scheduled flight. During this closure we will have limited office hours and may not be able to answer calls.

I HART FLYING FOUNDATION I Hart Flying Foundation helps young women's dreams take flight! We are a non-profit organization that offers yearly scholarships to help young women get on the right flight path to becoming a professional pilot.

❗️Scholarship Opportunity ❗️

We are happy to announce that the The Spring 2026 PPOT Scholarship Window will be open starting Thursday -- May 11th, 2026 through Monday, June 8th, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for you to receive funding directly towards your flight training!

A total of $5,000 will be awarded between two premier scholarship winners to be selected by our scholarship department after thorough review of applications received through our portal.

Additional details regarding eligibility found below!

- Applicant must be United States Citizen, Permanent Resident or International Student under a F1 Visa.

- Applicant must be residing in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico.

- Applicant must enrolled in a flight school at the time of scholarship disbursement. (The scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to your flight school.)

- Applicant must NOT currently hold and must NOT currently be eligible for an ATP or Restricted ATP.
- Applicant must at least 16 years of age. (The minimum age to solo an airplane is 16 years old.)
