For more than 35 years, our mission has never been about earning awards—it has been about changing lives.

Since 1990, Aguila's Taekwondo Association has had the privilege of serving the families of Jurupa Valley and the surrounding communities by teaching far more than martial arts. Every class is an opportunity to build confidence, discipline, respect, perseverance, leadership, and character that extends far beyond the dojang.

Today, we are truly humbled and honored to be recognized by the City of Jurupa Valley for over three decades of dedication to our community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Mayor Bruan Berkson, City Council, and the City of Jurupa Valley for this incredible recognition and for believing in the positive impact martial arts has on the lives of children, teens, adults, and families.

Most importantly, this recognition belongs to every student who has walked through our doors, every parent who has trusted us with their children, every instructor who has dedicated countless hours, and every family who has been part of the Aguila's Taekwondo Association journey.

What began in 1990 as a dream has become a lifelong commitment to building stronger individuals and a stronger community.

This recognition is not the finish line—it is a reminder that our responsibility to serve is greater than ever.

Our final belt test of the year marks more than the end of a cycle — it marks another chapter of growth, discipline, and victory for Aguila’s Taekwondo Association. Since 1990, we’ve served Riverside community with one purpose: to build Champions of Today and Leaders of Tomorrow.

For years, we’ve always led with vision, pushed boundaries, created new standards, and inspired others to follow the path we forged. Innovation isn’t something we chase — it’s something we’ve lived for decades.

To our families, students, and community: thank you for trusting our teachings, our leadership, our tradition, and our mission. Aguila’s Taekwondo isn’t just a school — it’s a family, a village, and a legacy that continues to grow stronger every year.

🦅 AGUILA'S TAEKWONDO BORDWELL PARK 🥋 | GRAND CHAMPION TOURNAMENT 2025

This past Saturday, June 28th, our Bordwell Park warriors stepped onto the mat at the Aguila's Taekwondo Grand Champion Tournament—an exclusive event for members of our Association—and they made us proud beyond words.

I want to personally recognize each and every student who had the courage to compete. You trained hard, pushed past your limits, and showed true heart out there. Your dedication was undeniable and it reflected in your performance—from your poise to your power, you represented our school with honor.

But none of this would have been possible without our incredible parents and families. Your unwavering support, loud cheers, and presence from the first match to the very last competitor was a huge part of our success. Your energy wasn’t just felt—it amplified the spirit of our team and gave our students the fuel they needed to rise to the occasion. I couldn’t be prouder to be part of such a passionate and united community.

Now we look ahead… 🔥
The next Grand Champion Tournament is set for November 2025, and the journey starts now. Let’s train harder, grow stronger, and show up even greater.

This past Saturday, June 28th, we witnessed something truly special at our exclusive Aguila's Taekwondo Association Tournament! From our youngest Lil Eagles to our dedicated adult class competitors, you ALL represented Aguila's Taekwondo Jurupa Valley with strength, heart, and unwavering spirit. 💥

Each one of you showcased incredible discipline and sportsmanship as you fought with passion in every category. Your effort is a testament to the hard work and dedication you put into your training every day. Whether it was sparring, patterns, or breaking, you made us all proud. 🙌

A massive THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers who were the backbone of this event, ensuring everything flowed smoothly. Your selfless support helped make this tournament a success. And a special shoutout to our professional certified referees, who kept the competition fair, respectful, and top-notch. 👏

To all the students, parents, and supporters – let’s keep this momentum going! Start preparing now for our next event in November 2025, where we’ll continue to show what it means to be part of the Aguila’s Taekwondo family! 💪

Aguila’s Taekwondo Association had the honor of joining Riverside Parks and Recreation at the Stratton Community Center for the Eldertainment event — a day dedicated to enriching the lives of our 55 & Better community.

We led a dynamic Self-Defense Class focused on empowerment, awareness, and confidence. It was inspiring to see so many participants engage with enthusiasm and strength. We’re proud to serve our community through Taekwondo and personal safety education — because it's never too late to learn how to protect yourself!
