🍎 A is for Apple! 🍎

Today, our little learners practiced the letter A, explored the color red, and counted apple seeds! Through coloring, counting, and hands-on fun, the children strengthened their early literacy, color recognition, and math skills. Learning is always an adventure at Sierra Preschool! ❤️

🍎 Apple Exploration Day! 🍎

Today our little learners had so much fun discovering all about apples! From dissecting apples and observing what’s inside, to sorting apples by different characteristics, our children were learning through hands-on exploration. 🔍🍏

And of course, we couldn’t forget the fun Art! 🎨✂️

It was a day filled with curiosity, creativity, and lots of apple-themed learning! ❤️🍎

🍎 From Seed to Pie: The Apple Life Cycle! 🥧

Our Apple Fun curriculum is in full swing at Sierra Preschool! Today, the children discovered how a tiny seed grows into a tree, blossoms, and eventually becomes a delicious apple pie. They also painted their own red, yellow, or green apples! 🌱🎨

These hands-on experiences make learning exciting while building creativity, curiosity, and early science skills. At Sierra Preschool, every day is filled with meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and grow! 🍏

🎶 Music, movement, and lots of smiles at Sierra Preschool! Every week, our children enjoy music class with our wonderful music teacher. Today, they explored instruments, practiced singing and rhythm, learned how to follow a conductor, and even participated in a fun marching band walk! 🥁🎤🎺

At Sierra Preschool, we focus on academics while taking a holistic approach to nurturing the whole child. Each day offers a different enrichment experience, and all enrichments are included in tuition!

Painting in our Outdoor Art Center! This week we learned all about safety at home and school! With fire drills, earthquake drills, and learning about safety we had a blast mixing red and yellow to make our orange fire paintings!

🐠 There’s always something exciting happening at Sierra Preschool! This week is Pets, Pets & More Pets!

Today, our little scientists and chefs made edible fish bowls with Jell-O and candy fish! As they measured, poured, mixed, and stirred, the children explored science, strengthened their fine-motor skills, practiced following directions, and enjoyed hands-on learning.

At Sierra Preschool, learning is always creative, engaging, and delicious! 💙

Little Veterinarians 🐾
Our preschoolers learned all about the important job of a veterinarian through fun, hands-on role play! 🩺🐶 They pretended to examine and care for their animal patients while learning how veterinarians help keep animals healthy and happy. What a fun day of learning through play! Our little vets had so much fun learning, pretending, and caring for their furry friends ❤️🐾

Storytime came to life during our “We Love to Read” Week! 📚🐾 Our children dressed as their favorite book characters and enjoyed a special visit from Pete the Cat! We danced, sang “I Love My White Shoes,” and read Pete the Cat together. What a groovy way to celebrate the joy of reading! 💙👟🎶
