I am obsessed with creative, talented, and smart women. After reading "I'm Judging You" by I knew that she'd be my instant bestie (well in my head at least 😂). This Motivational Monday here is some homework...Imagine your dream job or a dream project and write it down. Now write down all the good things that can happen if you get the job or if the project works out. Keep that energy throughout any tasks you do this week.

🌿The grass is greenest where you water it!

I am a proud plant mom...yup i said it! My plants have their own personalities, some names and a life force that you can not deny. Last year, I had a plant nearly die on me because it preferred to be directly in the sunlight instead of in a corner. It literally would shrivel up and have these tiny weird bugs in it...I was so sad.

Then I started to really observe, examine and make notes about my plants and developed a clearer understanding of their needs. I do this with my clients too. Now I am not a therapist, licensed clinician, and mostly definitely not a fortune teller. But this is who I am...

👭🏽Relationships are everything! Well the "right" relationships are everything. Genesis 2:18 says it is not good for man to be alone. We need each other! This month of love I reflected on all the relationships that have added to my life. My relationship with God, and my relationship with myself have been the most essential to me not giving up, being kinder to myself and having more hope.

After that are my all the rich, amazing and life giving relationships I have with my partner, my family, friends and community.
