Wow... what a special night. 🤍

Thank you so much to all of our PBT Alumni who came back to dance together. Looking around the room and seeing dancers from our very first years alongside our newest graduates was such an overwhelming feeling of joy. It was a beautiful reminder of just how far we've come and the incredible community we've built together. Each of you has helped shape the heart and soul of PBT, and for that I am endlessly grateful.

There is something incredibly special about watching students grow up, follow their own paths, and then walk back through our doors. Dancing together again, catching up after class, and hearing about all of the amazing things each of you is doing was the best part of the evening.

My hope is that this is just the beginning of many more alumni classes, reunions, and opportunities to stay connected.

To every PBT alumnus, from those who graduated years ago to our newest graduating class, thank you for being part of our story. No matter where life takes you, you'll always have a place to come home to. ❤

ALUMNI NIGHT! WILL YOU BE THERE?!

For the first time ever, we're inviting all of our incredible PBT Alumni back to the studio! As Peconic Ballet Theatre begins its 14th season, we've been reflecting on the amazing dancers who have been part of our journey over the years. We've shared so many wonderful memories together, and we truly miss seeing all of you!

We'd love for you to join us on Tuesday, July 28th at 7:00 PM for a special Alumni Night. We'll begin with a one hour contemporary class taught by me, Ms. Christiana, followed by time to catch up, reconnect, and celebrate the PBT family.

Our alumni hold such a special place in my heart. I've had the privilege of watching so many of you grow not only into beautiful dancers but also into kind, talented, hardworking, and inspiring people. From our very humble beginnings and the moments of trial and error that we still laugh about today, to the countless milestones, performances, and celebrations we've shared, each of you has left a lasting mark on PBT.

Whether you were part of our very first graduating class or we just celebrated you this year, I would love the chance to welcome you back home and hope to see you there!

This season brought us:

🖤 Blank Canvas performances filled with artistry and growth
✨ Our Spring Ballet production of Sleeping Beauty
🎨 An unforgettable Art Barre experience at the WHBPAC
💕 Another successful Gala supporting the Peconic Ballet Foundation
🩰 A growing LEAP program and so many incredible student accomplishments
🎓 Senior celebrations and unforgettable final bows
☀️ Countless classes, rehearsals, friendships, corrections, breakthroughs, laughter, and memories

Sometimes people only see the performances, but what I will remember most are the moments in between, the growth, the confidence built, the friendships formed, the resilience, and watching students continue to discover who they are through dance.

To every dancer, parent, teacher, staff member, donor, and supporter… thank you for being part of another beautiful season at PBT and making all what we do possible. ❤

✨ LEAP — Learn • Empower • Achieve • Perform ✨

I really hope everyone knows about the programs supported through the Peconic Ballet Foundation. From Art Barre, to our Annual Gala fundraiser, so much of what we do helps create opportunities for students through the arts. 💕

One of the programs we are most honored to offer is LEAP — Learn, Empower, Achieve, Perform. 🩰

This year, our LEAP program continued to grow with two wonderful cohorts of students participating in dance training and performances throughout the year. Students also attended the Gala this season, and next year there are plans for so much more!

A heartfelt thank you to our donors and supporters who help make programs like LEAP possible. Because of your generosity, students are given opportunities to grow, learn, create, and experience the arts in meaningful ways. 🤍

As another incredible season comes to a close, we want to celebrate and congratulate our graduating seniors. Watching you grow not only as dancers, but as people, has been one of the greatest honors and joys of teaching. 💕

Thank you for the years of memories, hard work, laughter, artistry, and dedication you brought into the studio every day. You each helped shape the spirit of PBT in your own special way, and it has truly been a privilege to be part of your journey.
You leave this chapter with so much more than dance training. You leave with the confidence, discipline, resilience, creativity, and passion to follow your dreams wherever life takes you next.

While this chapter may be ending, we know there is still so much more ahead for each of you. We cannot wait to watch you continue to grow, dream bigger, and accomplish amazing things both on and off the stage. ✨

Students must be registered before the time of their audition. Once registered, dancers will receive their audition time, and later this summer they will receive their role and rehearsal schedule before rehearsals begin in September.
