Keystone Montessori School

Keystone Montessori School Keystone is a nonprofit private school that serves children ages 0-14 using the pedagogy founded by Dr. Maria Montessori.

The materials serve to help the children’s independence according to stages of development and learn concrete & abstract concepts.

On May 6, our Elementary and Middle School Students took us on a Montessori and geographic journey. Lower elementary selected a material to give a lesson on for visitors. Upper Elementary did State Fair, where each student drew a state, researched and presented it. Middle School researched and presented on different countries. The students held a work presentation night for family and friends. Nights like these are a wonderful example of the students’ ability, independence, and grace and courtesy to demonstrate their knowledge. Thank you to all those who came and supported them, and thank you to our awesome students. Your hard work was recognized!

Thank you so much to all those who were able to attend this year’s Grandparents Day in Primary, Elementary, and Middle School this past Friday. The children were so proud to host our guests of friends and family and welcome all into the prepared environments.
