Our coaches help improve your stroke techniques, speed and confidence. When you’re ready to compete, we’ll get you to the meets right for your level.

About Our Club:
The River Falls Swim Club is a non-profit, member-supported club providing competitive swimming opportunities for school-aged children. Our coaches are experienced, USA Swimming-certified, and enthusiastic about getting kids excited to swim. Team Structure:
The RFSC program is separated into training groups providing individualized training for competitive swimmers who have been

recommended for placement by a coach during the Registration process. Each group is designed to benefit swimmers who are grouped together by age, ability, competitive experience level, and training commitment. The frequency, duration, training level, and intensity of practices define each group.

A couple of weeks ago, Niya swam at the Zone meet at the U of M! She had an awesome meet, achieving 2 new PRs and racing her way to a Top 20 finish in the 50 Free! 🏊‍♀️💨

🌊🔥 The Swim-A-Thon was a HUGE success! 🔥🌊
What an amazing night last Thursday! Our swimmers brought the energy, put in the work, and absolutely crushed our Swim-A-Thon! 🏊‍♀️💪
We are so proud of everyone who participated and gave it their all! A BIG thank you to all of our families, friends, and supporters who helped make this event possible through donations and encouragement. 💙
From nonstop swimming to great food and even better memories, it was the perfect night!

🏊‍♀️☀️ That’s a wrap on long course season! ☀️🏊‍♂️
We celebrated the end of an awesome season with a cookout this past Thursday! 🌭 It was the perfect way to relax, enjoy some good food, and celebrate all the hard work, progress, and memories made in the pool this summer. 💙
Huge thank you to all of our swimmers, coaches, and families for making this season one to remember! 👏

Three incredible days at MRC's! 💙🏊

We're so proud of all of our swimmers for their hard work, determination, and countless time drops throughout the meet. Every race reflected the hard work they've put in all season!
