UWRF Rodeo

The UWRF Rodeo, started in 1964, as a group of students wanting to preserve the western heritage.

The UWRF Rodeo, started in 1964, as a group of students sharing the common bond of horses and the sport of rodeo. The team practices together, travels together, and supports each other. Practices are held in the indoor and outdoor arenas with the team's practice stock. Members show a true team spirit, by helping each other during this time. Beyond the rodeo arena, the club participates in parades, trail rides, bowling skiing and other fun activities.

Thursday night the UWRF Rodeo Club and Team celebrated with an end of year banquet! It has been another successful and memorable year.

Congratulations to our team members for your successes on the road. Your dedication and hard work in the practice pen and at the rodeos is admirable, keep up the hard work.

Thank you to our hard working club members for representing our organization well, supporting our team, and for all your help in making our events run smoothly.

And a huge thank you to our coaches Matt Dunsmore, Lacy Dunsmore, Mark Lee and our advisor Nathan O'Connor. We couldn’t do it without you!
