💙 2023 STATE TRACK & FIELD RECAP 💛

All I can say is track be crazy.
And state track be crazier.
On Day 1 there were multiple rain delays causing the meet to go late into the evening hours. Then the stadium lights went out, which delayed the meet a bit more but started an impromptu crowd sing along as we waited for things to be fixed. The 4x4 boys didn’t started their race until 1:00am. 🤯 On Day 2 we broke a school record in the 800! And had fire trucks at our dorm. I think it’s safe to say, lots of memories were made! 😂

Congratulations to our 2020 Track & Field seniors! Good luck on your future endeavors. Thank you for your dedication to our program, to being student athletes, to being RFHS leaders, and to being Wildcats! We wish we would have been able to watch you walk across the graduation stage today, but we are grateful for the many memorable moments we spent together as Track & Field teammates. Don’t be strangers now. Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat! 💛💙 ⁣
