Bowens garage parking lot renovation project is complete.

This lot hasn’t been touched in 20 years, so it was time for an upgrade. We regraded the lot, repaired any low spots and potholes, cut down the edges where the lots meet each other, then imported and spread 140 tons of crushed asphalt millings. After that we compacted twice ensuring proper compaction.

If you are in the River Falls area make sure to check out the new lot and even get yourself some new tires! Thanks Ryan with metro utilities for helping truck in the material.

Complete yard demo finished up.

The customer was sick of his rough and w**d infested yard. We stripped and hauled away 2 quad axle loads of sod and imported 40 yards of top soil to spread over top to fix any rough spots or areas with improper drainage. Once that was complete irrigation was installed and we can back to seed and straw the area. This job turned out amazing. Thanks to Ryan with metro utilities for helping us truck material out and to Mike with Krolls for delivering excellent top soil.

We installed a 12” x 24’ culvert last week for a client in preparation for them to start building a new home in River Falls. We also pulled multiple stumps in the way of the driveway and where the house will sit.
