The UWRF Music Department is excited to announce that registration is now open for the fifth annual UWRF Piano Festival, to be held on campus March 12-15, 2020 in Kleinpell Fine Arts.

The Piano Festival is intended for piano students of all levels, their parents and teachers, and offers a variety of activities including Duet Ensembles with Musical Games, Auditions for Awards, Master Classes, Piano Pedagogy sessions, and Private Coaching Sessions.

This year we are especially delighted to welcome Dr. Paul Wirth as our distinguished guest and presenter on different aspects of piano pedagogy and early musical training. Please check out our redesigned festival format with Saturday Workshops creating new opportunities for all students and teachers to be engaged and energized!

Skilled students are also encouraged to participate in the Saturday, March 14th Audition Track for the opportunity to take a Master Class with
Dr. Wirth (HS afternoon session) or Dr. Konev (Elem/MS morning session) plus win additional prizes including performance as a soloist with/on a
Saint Croix Valley Symphony Orchestra Concert during the 2020-21 season.

All Piano Festival events are open to the public.
Registration required for Saturday Workshop Attendance/ Participation.
