Everybody wants to be the "best". Most of the time we try to complicate things in a feeble attempt to speed up the process. We spend so much time talking, researching, and debating which path is easiest and quickest we forget to take action. But that's just it, the path is never easy or quick. It is not a destination. It is a journey that continues for life. You MUST risk failure!

Every single person who is and was the best at what they do all have one thing in common. The refusal to quit. There is no secret. There is only one prerequisite for GREATNESS. The absolute refusal to give up. Whatever your internal fire is, find it and feed it.

Set the standard, hold fast, and take full responsibility for your life and if you're going to leave a legacy, then LEAVE IT.

Forward Focus!!!

Z building some speed, grit, and power! Yet, another local student athlete with an undeniable drive to improve their own skills. No real complaints, just funny ones.
We build leaders, not bosses.

Working out together increases the bond between loved ones, trust us it's science!!! Getting to work with parents and children together is one of my favorite things to do. I get to watch them work together, push each other, teach each other, but most importantly support each other. The goal is that this carries beyond the sessions into life. There is so much more happening here than just a father and son working out.

Something to think about for parents in youth sports.

You ever see any professional or college athletes asking to sub for other teams when their team has a bye week for "extra game reps"?

Reps for the sake of reps is only increasing the risk of injury not their skill. Games are MAX EFFORT scenarios. They are tests of skill AND preparation. Practice and training is where development happens!
