Mindfulness Monday is back!! Today’s mindfulness tip is:

Focus on one object in your surroundings. Then expand your field of vision to take in everything. Shift between the two every three breaths for one minute.

Psi Chi would like to extend an invitation to all students and Ripon community members to attend a presentation occurring tomorrow (Thursday February 8th) at 4:30pm in East Hall's Little Theater. Dr. Aaron Dusso will be presenting “How Personality Shapes Our Political Attitudes.” Here is a link to a short article about his upcoming talk:

“How Personality Shapes Our Political Attitudes” will be the focus of a talk presented Feb. 8 at Ripon College. The presentation will begin at 4:30 p.m. in Kresge Little Theatre, East Hall, and admission is free.
