Ripley Middle School Family!

Picture Day is coming up this week! We are doing two days this year. We are starting each day with about half our 6th grade students (divided by homeroom teachers)

On Wednesday, August 26th—we will have our Team 1 Homerooms (Mrs. Casto, Mrs. Gorrell, Mrs. Heis, and Mrs. Hildreth) as well as our entire 8th grade students take their pictures that day.

On Thursday, August 27th—we will have our Team 2 Homerooms (Mrs. Dale, Mrs. Holley, Mrs. Thompson, and Mrs. Wendell) as well as our entire 7th grade students. If your child misses either or both of those days, we will have a make-up picture day on September 3rd

Thank You, Mr. Parsons! 💙🤍

Today we say farewell to Mr. Parsons as he begins an exciting new chapter with the West Virginia Department of Education.

On behalf of the entire RMS staff, we would like to thank Mr. Parsons for his dedication and service to Ripley Middle School over the last few years. He has been an incredible asset to our students and staff, and his leadership and commitment will certainly be missed.

We wish him the very best of luck in his new role! The West Virginia Department of Education is gaining a true leader, and we know he will be an incredible asset as he works to move West Virginia Public Education forward through CTE initiatives.

Thank you for everything, Mr. Parsons! Once a Viking, always a Viking! 💙🤍
