The ASK Academy - A Premier STEM School

The 6th grade Orientation will be held on July 23rd. It will begin promptly at 8 AM. We look forward to meeting our new scholars! 

We are excited to welcome all new 7th - 11th grade scholars on Thursday, July 30th for New Scholar Orientation!

Prepare for the next academic year. Testing dates will be approximately the same.

These hours are the same as our Summer School hours.

The spotlight is on senior Tyler Osburn, who is off to New York this fall. We love the message from his parents in this spotlight. He will be missed! Congratulations!

Congratulations to our ASK Academy Excellence Award recipients, Alex Tharinger and Lisa Ebell!

This week, we proudly celebrate two educators who go above and beyond for our scholars every single day.

🍎 Lisa Ebell, our 9th grade ELA Project Manager has inspired tremendous growth in ELA proficiency through her passion for teaching, meaningful scholar connections, and engaging learning experiences. Her creative Wax Museum project, as one of many examples, brought learning to life and gave scholars an unforgettable opportunity to showcase their knowledge and confidence.

➕ Alex Tharinger, our 6th grade Math Project Manager, has made a major impact on scholars’ math knowledge while also stepping up as a supportive team player and working diligently throughout the testing seasons. His dedication, positivity, and ability to make learning fun help scholars feel both challenged and encouraged every day.

Both Lisa and Alex are known for building strong relationships with scholars, creating exciting and hands-on projects, and being the kind of teammates everyone can count on. Their passion, collaboration, and commitment to scholar success make The ASK Academy a stronger community.

These outstanding scholars enjoyed a special lunch with the principal, generously sponsored by Ezee Fiber. Thank you for supporting and celebrating our scholars!

Jemma Villagomez consistently shows kindness and compassion to everyone around her. She makes others feel welcome, notices when peers need encouragement, and always offers support with a caring heart. Jemma truly exemplifies empathy at The ASK Academy!

Elinor Steffins demonstrates empathy through kindness, understanding, and support for others both inside and outside the classroom. From creating a welcoming environment to showing dedication to academics, Elinor’s compassion and hard work make her truly deserving of this recognition.

Gunnar Ashby shows remarkable empathy through thoughtful and caring interactions with others. He consistently recognizes when fellow scholars need support or encouragement and helps create a positive and compassionate environment for everyone around him.
