📣 WE’RE HIRING — DATA COORDINATOR 📣

ReadWest, Inc. Adult Literacy Center is looking for a detail-oriented and mission-driven Data Coordinator to join our team in Rio Rancho, NM!

🕒 Schedule (26 hours weekly):
• Wednesday: 3 PM – 8 PM
• Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Friday: 11 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM

💵 Compensation:
$15/hour + PTO accrual under the Healthy Workplaces Act

As our Data Coordinator, you’ll help support adult learners by maintaining program data, assisting with reports and assessments, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Preferred qualifications include strong computer skills, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and experience with databases or Excel. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!
