Awareness Through Movement Student testimonial: I love your classes and am grateful for all your study and dedication to Feldenkrais. Last week’s lesson was especially wonderful. I especially appreciated the guided visualization you did at the beginning. You encouraged me to notice parts of my body I had never appreciated before. Your work is teaching me a new way to be kinder and gentler with my body. Thank you! Call 707-799-1523 to schedule a private session.
