Congratulations to the 2019 Salutatorian Josue Borrego who was recently awarded the TSSEC Oustanding Performer! UIL State Champion Medal!

The last alumna to earn this recognition was Lia Claus in 2016!

Congratulations to all of our BCB Alumni who will be graduating from college, HS, trade school, basic/AIT...all levels! Very proud of your achievements!

Greetings Bobcat Band, friends and family.
I would like to let you know that I have decided to accept a position teaching in another school district and have resigned from Rio Hondo.
But more importantly, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude for all the relationships that we have developed over the last six years! Together, we have accomplished so much, and I hope that you always take with you the life lessons that you have learned.
I have grown immensely as an educator and have more joyful memories than you could ever imagine.
Please know that I have always prayed for you all and will continue to do so no matter what! You'll always hold a special place in my heart. :-)

Judging for the competition will take place in San Antonio, late July.
